The weigh in and day 1

Worse than I thought…. 16stone 13lb !!!That 2.5 stone on!!!
So I’ve started nice and gentle with a 30 minute core routine…in my newly built man cave.. Followed by a 5K run @ 10.25 m/m…. Onwards and downwards….lbs that is !!!
Then onto work… Sitting on the back of Victoria cab rank, in anticipation of my 1st job of the day,watching people trudge back to work after their long Christmas break.I wonder how many of them will keep to their new year resolutions…Oh how I hate January … I forgot just how slow and dull it is.
But enough of that I’ve got 1800cals to eat…. Happy days !!

last supper before tomorrows big weigh in!!!!

Ok people….i did IRONMAN Sweden on 16/8/14 at 14 stone 6 lbs and i have just had 4 months of total self indulgence coupled  with very little exercise, so the day of reckoning approaches with tomorrows BIG weigh looming and the official start date of The CMFs strict 1800kcals per day diet and triathlon (swim,bike,run) based exercise regime.I have 2 goals, goal 1 : lose 2.5 stone for my daughter  Leah’s wedding in 18 weeks (9/5/15)  goal 2 ; complete IRONMAN Barcelona (4/10/15 )  in under 11 hours 30 mins…… quote for tonight is “STRENGTH IN SUPPORT”
